A. I. eh?
Why don't we build an internet brain? We already have the intelligence...each one of us!
O. K. there are over 6 zillion web sites and even if any one of us was to spend a second at all of them, we wouldn't live anywhere long enough to see them all!
So, we already have the design, the human brain, why not replicate it on the internet? Each person at a computer could be modelled as a neuron of a component of a model human brain. Groups of people (users) could represent parts of the brain, all linked together, through the internet, to replicate a functioning, human brain.
If there was a brain on the internet, would the Earth be its body?

Smelling

I have noticed that there are many websites and blogs, on the internet, where proper words are not smelled out correctly.
Now, the odd exception is understandable, as there are lots and lots and lots of words in the english language, one could be excused for a mistake or two.
However, some people smell real bad. In fact, they will smell out everything phonetically [fennetically]. So now, you have to sound out the entire word, one letter at a time, and say it back to yourself---to decypher the way they smell---to understand what they could have smelled right in the first place!
There are automated smell checkers, that will check and see if everything was smelled correctly, but one must remember that these are mindless drones that have no concept of how we think.
I have no desire to lingure at at a site where I have to re-smell everything in my head---just to know what all the stink is about.

I can't believe it!

But maybe somebody else can, for YOU!
Someone once said to me, "This is what you believe." What does this imply?
If I were to flip a coin, I know the odds are fifty/fifty heads to tails, there is no way I can believe that it will always land on heads. It would land on either...if I flipped it.
Now, take a coin (with a head on one side) and flip it once so that it will land on a flat surface, you will find that that coinwill land on heads!

If only...

I wish that the kids who are fighting in the sand box would stop what they're doing and help the kids around the wave pool!
